Work you'll do

This role sits within the Human Capital portfolio that focuses on helping organizations manage and sustain their performance through their most important asset: their people. Deloitte’s Human Capital professionals help organizations drive productivity, value and impact through the organization, the workforce, and HR. • As a Workforce Management Consultant you will work as part of an implementation team to gather business requirements, design, configure and test software, and provide technical support for all aspects of the suite of WFM products
• Use your hands-on knowledge of WFM to enable our clients' WFM function to operate ahead of the curve and provide an empowering and efficient employee and manager experience.
• Identify gaps in system controls, time capture, processes and integration for efficiency, ease of use, data quality and total labor spend.
• Function as integrators between business needs and technology solutions, including related HR and payroll systems, helping to create technology solutions to meet client's business needs.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

If you are someone with:

• Genuine interest in both the human and technical side of HR, payroll and workforce management technology. While you’ll certainly have deep expertise in UKG (Kronos) software, you’ll need to bring an aptitude for consulting in a client-facing environment.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the UKG (Kronos) WFM solutions, specifically Workforce Central & Dimensions is essential – including enterprise scale UKG (Kronos) implementation projects
• Knowledge of one or more WFM functional areas such as time and attendance, optimised rostering, leave management, budgeting, activities, analytics, workflow, devices, API development and/or interfacing
• WFM product integration knowledge
• Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of information technology concepts and processes
• Good understanding of broad business issues cross multiple industries
• Ability to keep abreast of industry processes, technology changes, complementary product changes and keeping core product Kronos skills up to date
• A drive for high quality successful delivery along with continuous process improvement
