Work you will do:

This role sits within Customer and Marketing. Deloitte’s Digital Customer offering leverage insight-driven strategies and advanced technology solutions to energize sales and service operations for digitally powered growth and enhance your customer relationships with immersive experiences powered by leading digital arts. Eighty percent of the customer moments that make up your brand happen in the sales and service experience. We not only help you make those memorable for your customers, but we integrate your whole business around those moments—whether it’s a trip into your supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment, or advancing the customer mindset of your employees and partners. This position will require you to understand the business objectives of our clients, identifying opportunities to add value through digital media, and having the ability to work with cross-functional teams (technical and non-technical) to use and implement digital media solutions and drive outcomes for the client. Data and analytics are at the core of what we do. To be successful in this role, you must have an analytical and inquisitive mindset, to continuously improve the business insights that are surfaced.


You are comfortable working in a client facing role with marketing and product teams. This role involves running workshops (from customer journey ideation to training workshops), meeting with stakeholders, and interacting with people from Performance, Email marketing, Brand and Content teams to deliver data and segmentation requirements, and make strategic recommendations for enhancing team capability and marketing outcomes through digital analytics.

Enough about us, let's talk about you


If you are someone with:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or Digital Media, or in any other relevant field

  • Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, and Google Campaign Manager, and Facebook Business Manager

  • Experience with integrating media technology with web and offline data

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with senior management to develop and execute campaign strategy for integrated media campaigns that are aligned to business goals

  • Experience in liaising with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency

  • Experience in improving a brand's awareness using digital media channels such as Google Display Network etc.

  • Experience with basic budgeting skills to reconcile paid digital media placements with the available budget and monitoring impact and return on investment of digital marketing campaigns

  • Have strong communication and presentation skills



Preferred qualifications:

  • Certified on media buying platforms (e.g. Google Marketing Platform, Facebook Business Manager)

  • Deep understanding of ETL processes, and data ingestion into media platforms

  • Experience with media spent optimization through platform usage audits and analyzing media buying strategies

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with C-level stakeholders

  • Ability to manage omnichannel, end-to-end digital campaigns

  • Familiarity with web design and content management systems

  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
