Work you'll do
As a Analyst within the Human Capital practice, you will be expected to support research, analysis, and interpretation of complex sets of data, leveraging tools and methodologies for comprehensive workforce performance measurement and improvement to deliver exceptional client service.
We advise clients on a range of people related challenges including:

Workforce strategy design: Defining the future workforce to support the realizing of business priorities and changes to work, workers, and the workplace

Strategic workforce planning and analytics: Forecasting future skills, workforce size and costs associated with future business scenarios

Evidence based talent management practices: Designing robust, research and data driven and practical talent practices, including leadership development, learning, diversity and inclusion and wellbeing
-
HR Transformation: We support clients in maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of HR service delivery models and HR functions through operating model and service delivery design, HR program design, process design, implementation, and alignment with corporate strategy.

If you are someone with:

Conduct research into global mega-trends facing modern organizations and their workforces, including emerging skills, digital economies, and climate transition

Analyze business, finance, and workforce data to create evidence based, data driven workforce insights
-
Undertake workforce scenario planning using predictive modelling to identify future size, shape and cost
-
Apply structured problem-solving techniques and root cause analysis to identify and design potential workforce strategies and solutions
-
Prepare client-ready management reports and workshop materials
We are looking for someone with 1-2 years professional experience in the following areas:
-
Data analytics – compiling, cleansing, and transforming data; analyzing data using statistical approaches
-
Data modelling - developing predictive and prescriptive forecasts using business logic (including activity-based costing, time and motion studies, process mapping and value chain analysis)
-
Business intelligence tools – experience analyzing and visualizing data in tools and technology platforms, including Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau and Python
-
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
-
Effective interpersonal and relationship building skills
-
Relevant professional qualifications in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Statistics, or Behavioral Sciences
Professional experience in the following areas would also be beneficial:

Consulting experience – working in a professional services consulting environment (Big 4 or Boutique) or working in an internal consulting function

Strategic HR management – experience designing talent management solutions and sourcing strategies to close workforce gaps
-
Workforce planning – experience in operational and strategic workforce planning (including forecasting skills, capabilities, workforce size and cost)
