Work you’ll do

• Solving business problems in an analytical way
• Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables
• Providing training and support to clients on how to use ModelN products and services
• Knowledge of revenue management, pricing, or contract management concepts and best practices is a plus

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor degree in any relevant discipline.
• 3+ years of experience as a Java Developer and willing to learn ModelN modules
• Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of a CRM system
• Ability to read Java code to troubleshoot and trace issues
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work with importer and methods of ModelN
• Coming from a semiconductor background will be a plus.
• Knowledge of Rosettanet is a plus
• Demonstrated success in multi-cultural work environment.
• Strong analytical thinking
• Good negotiation skills
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Curious, creative, pro-active and always seeking out new challenges.
• Willing to explore and expand knowledge on an on-going basis
• Willing to work based on Client’s business work days and office hours.
• Willing to work on shift and/or on-call basis
