Work you’ll do
- Business Engagement & Project Management
- Collaborate with end-users to gather requirements, define project scope, prioritize tasks, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and deliver training.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders (Sales Operations and Finance) and IT project teams.
- Facilitate sessions for business/functional requirements gathering, solution design, integration planning, and approvals.
- Provide support during month-end and quarter-end processes
- Technical Expertise & Support
- Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions for development teams.
- Validate that technical implementations align with business needs.
- Support system enhancements, process improvements, testing, and implementation activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues; implement configuration changes and fixes.
- Analyze and resolve data or process-related issues, including manual data corrections.
- Monitor and manage scheduled data loads and ensure data integrity.

- A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines.
- Have at least 6–8 years of IT experience with a strong focus on CRM implementation, configuration, and support. Experience with Model N is a strong advantage.
- CRM Expertise: Strong functional and technical knowledge of CRM systems, particularly in Sales and Channel modules such as Master Data Management, Orders, Pricing, Samples, Quotes, Ship and Debit, Claims, Funnel Management, and Channel Management.
- Proficiency in SQL and database concepts; ability to write and interpret queries.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage large datasets.
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational communication skills.
- Experience in developing proof of concepts, piloting solutions, and delivering enhancements and full-scale implementations.
- CRM experience in the semiconductor industry is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM integration with EDI and ERP systems.
- Broad knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including requirements management, functional design, UAT, cut-over planning, and post-go-live support.
- Demonstrated success in delivering CRM projects on time and within scope.
- Good command of English
- Ability to lead and/or facilitate discussions, engage stakeholders and drive positive outcomes
- Pro-active, resourceful, able to rally members to collaborate and deliver task assigned in a timely manner
- Flexibility to take on new solutions/applications where applicable and ensure successful integration and support for the business
- Willing to work based on clients’ business workdays and office hours and on rotation basis to support any critical or high request after client’s business office hours.
- Ability to travel if required, i.e. to be placed at Client’s site for the project
