Work you’ll do
- As a Manager, you'll keep up-to-date on and apply your knowledge of current and pending tax legislation and policy developments to advise clients on an array of business tax and other related tax matters.
- Providing exceptional client service requires making fact-based decisions based on your research techniques and skills.
- Developing high-performing people and teams and aligning them with objectives is key to success in this role, as is setting an example and establishing confident relationships with clients, leadership, and involved stakeholders.
- Working with/or alongside senior members of the team to increase the profile of the team externally and internally.
- Managing the assigned client portfolio in alignment with Deloitte's requirements.
- Developing and leading relationships with peers within other practice areas of Deloitte.
- Other tasks as assigned by senior members.

Requirements
- More than 5 years of tax experience preferably with an international accounting firm
- Recognized university degree in a related field,
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both Khmer and English. Knowing Chinese and/or other language is/are an advantage,
- Demonstrated the quick leader of Deloitte’s technology and platform. Knowing other accounting software is an advantage,
- Actively involve in new or challenging projects, can be a team leader to maintain a good working environment with the junior and senior team members,
- Ability to conceptualize, develop and present new ideas, approaches and solutions,
- Outstanding ability of effectively managing multiple engagements independently and under time pressure and tight deadlines.
