The SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant will work with a team to provide SuccessFactors expertise to our client(s). The day-to-day role will include:
- Consult with the client, designing and building solutions to suit business conditions around Payroll and Time Management
- Lead or participate in Functional Workshops on EC Cloud Payroll Client Project team
- Initiating design, configuration, and set up for Payroll Control Centre in Employee Central.
- Configure data tables and Infotype mappings for Success Factors to the ECP system.
- Lead or participate in solution playbacks
- Provide inputs into the cross-module design

Enough about us, let's talk about you
If you are someone with:
- A bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline is preferred. Other degree holders will also be considered.
- Certified and experienced in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central plus has experience with SAP HCM and/or SAP Payroll.
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors and should have at least 3-5 years of Consulting Industry Experience.
- At least 3 years of experience on SuccessFactors Implementation projects and working with packaged solutions or supporting SF clients.
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM or Payroll.
- Completed at least 2 end-to-end full life cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- A proven background implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions and/or SAP HCM/Payroll across a diverse range of clients/industries.
- A passion for payroll and problem solving
- Good configuration knowledge of schemas and rules in SAP time management and payroll
- Experience with SAP standard ESS and MSS shared service configuration and services
- Good understanding of SAP enhancement concepts (BADIs) and SAP standard integration Scenarios in the Core HR and payroll space
- Business Analysis skills with an eye for detail to complete specifications, documentation, standardisation, and operational efficiency at a high level to add tangible value back to our clients.
- Capability to assist with testing solutions and performing fit for purpose analysis on proposed solutions.
- Analytical thinker with good problem-solving skills.
- Capability to assist our Application Support team to resolve upcoming and escalated service tickets post go live and enhancements requirements.
- Open communication style which encourages change management initiatives, fosters inclusion and gains trust with stakeholders across all levels internally and externally.
- Ability to work in cross-functional on and offshore teams to help deliver a single vision focused on client satisfaction.
