Work you’ll do
He or she can look forward to challenges unique to TAS related work focusing on advisory services for companies facing disruptive situations (i.e. IPO, M&A, integration and separation”).
The candidate will also have extensive opportunities to work with various professional parties and can expect to provide client with insights on the full suite of transactional services from planning, execution and post transaction support. He or she will need to:
- Lead a team of professionals across geographies to deliver the engagement.
- Cultivate relationships with clients and employ a structured approach to project management.
- Support various business development initiatives including prospecting, eminence activities, etc.
- Actively coach and support the growth and development of the TAS team.

Requirements
The candidate should have a recognized accounting/business degree from a reputable university with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in a professional practice.
