Work you’ll do

  1. Calendar and Schedule Management
  • Organize and maintain the Regional Managing Partner's calendar, scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel while ensuring priorities are managed effectively.
  • Coordinate complex, multi-regional meetings, both virtual and in-person, and proactively address scheduling conflicts.
  1. Communication and Correspondence
  • Handle sensitive communications, draft responses, and filter incoming messages, prioritizing key matters for the executive’s attention.
  • Act as a liaison between the Managing Partner and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  1. Project and Task Management
  • Support the Regional Managing Partner in managing high-priority projects, tracking milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation required for meetings and project updates.
  1. Travel and Expense Management
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, while ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Manage expense reports and reimbursements in line with company policies.
  1. Confidential Information Handling
  • Manage and protect highly sensitive information, ensuring confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
  • Support the Regional Managing Partner with personal and professional requests that may require confidentiality.
  1. Event and Meeting Preparation
  • Prepare agendas, gather materials, and ensure that the executive is briefed and well-prepared for all meetings and events.
  • Facilitate logistics for internal and client-facing events, managing vendor relationships as needed.
  1. Operational Support
  • Assist in managing administrative functions for the office or region, including budget tracking, resource allocation, and office support.
  • Work with other administrative professionals across the region to ensure consistency in support standards and practices.

Requirements

 

  • Min Diploma level or equivalent in any discipline
  • Have at least 4 years of working experience either in an auditing or compliance related field
  • Resourceful and able to work independently
  • Meticulous and methodological with excellent organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Mature and able to work professionally with different internal functional groups
  • Self-driven and eager to learn

 

  • Ability to multi-task efficiently
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Knowledge of SAP system will be an advantage
  • Perform other duties as assigned from time to time within scope of practice
