Work you’ll do
- Lead and oversee IT audit engagements from planning to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables within established timelines.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop audit programs to address key IT risks, including cybersecurity, data privacy, IT governance, and emerging technologies.
- Evaluate the design and effectiveness of IT controls, identify control deficiencies, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, IT environment, and industry-specific challenges to tailor audit approaches and solutions.
- Manage and mentor a team of IT audit professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to support their professional development.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in IT audit and risk management to enhance service offerings and client value.

Requirements
- At least 9 years of experience in similar role.
- Strong leadership experience leading a dynamic IT audit and/or risk assessment team.
- Proven track record of leading complex IT audit engagements, managing client relationships, and delivering impactful recommendations.
- Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Studies, Actuarial Science or Cyber Risks or equivalent.
- Pursing or certified with certifications such as CIA, ISMS Lead Auditor, CISA, etc is preferred.
- Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, NIST Cybersecurity Framework), regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR), and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
