Work you’ll do
Team Lead Role
- Lead client engagement and project management across an internal audit or assurance advisory lifecycle
- Lead a team focused on Consumer and Technology sector, including regional team members, contributing to their development and overseeing their performance
- Assist business development activities such as proposal preparation and selling presentation
- Contribute to improving the ways-of-working including developing new tools, processes, service offerings, etc.
Project Engagement Role
- Manage assurance advisory engagement for clients, such as conducting process control analysis, advising on integrated assurance programme, developing assurance capabilities, etc.
- Manage other compliance reviews for clients, such as conducting internal control breach investigation, managing inventory count assignment, etc.
- Manage internal audit engagement including:
- Perform risk assessment
- Develop risk model and universe
- Develop audit plan
- Develop audit program
- Execute audit project work plan (control design effectiveness and control operating effectiveness)
- Deliver and present internal audit report
- Advise project team for rationale business impact and recommendation/areas for improvement
- Review engagement deliverables and present to client management and audit committee
- Monitor engagement work progress against work plan and budget

Requirements
- Candidate with CIA/CPA/CCSA/CRMA will be given additional consideration
- Manager Level - minimum of 6 years working experience in Assurance Advisory / Internal Audit / Internal Control / Risk Management
- Knowledge of Risk Assessment, Internal Controls, Process Improvement preferred
- Able to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work independently with less supervision and strong commitment
- Good command of English and Mandarin both writing and speaking
- Actively participates in key learning and development opportunities for his /her level
- Be a good team player and be able to handle the assigned situations professionally
