Work you’ll do
- Own discrete pieces of a PMI or finance transformation workstream with limited oversight
- Independently troubleshoot technical issues (e.g., complex consolidation entries, carve-out adjustments)
- Lead specific client discussions or data requests directly
- Review and guide day-to-day work of Consultants/Analysts
- Contribute to workplan/timeline input and proactively flag project risks
- Independently run a piece of an integration workstream (e.g., one functional area's Day 1 plan)

Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Post-Merger Integration (PMI), Finance Transformation, M&A Advisory, Transaction Services, or Management Consulting.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, including financial reporting, consolidation, close processes, integration planning, and carve-out adjustments.
- Experience supporting finance transformation or integration projects, with the ability to independently own and deliver specific workstreams with limited oversight.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex finance and accounting issues and identify practical solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, contribute to project workplans and timelines, and proactively identify and escalate project risks.
- Experience leading client discussions, managing data requests, and building effective relationships with stakeholders across different functions and levels.
- Ability to review, guide, and coach junior team members while maintaining high-quality project deliverables.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare clear, concise, and executive-ready presentations, reports, and project documentation.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing consulting environment.
