Work you’ll do

As an Integrated Risk Management Manager at Deloitte, you play a crucial role in helping our clients navigate complex risk challenges across various industries. You will work closely with clients to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, develop risk management strategies, and provide expertise on risk management standards and industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead client engagements and provide guidance to the engagement team.
  • Lead risk assessments and gap analyses to identify vulnerabilities and areas of improvement in clients' risk management programs.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance clients' ability to manage and mitigate risks effectively.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on industry standards related to risk management.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients' staff to increase awareness and understanding of risk management practices.
  • Support the development of monitoring tools to enable clients monitor the effectiveness of risk management measures and recommend adjustments as needed to ensure effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory changes in risk management to provide proactive advice and solutions to clients.
  • Support the development of new services and enabling tools to better serve clients

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field
  • Professional certifications related to risk management (e.g. CIA, CRM, CISA) is highly desirable.
  • Experience in enterprise risk management, internal controls and risk frameworks such as ISO31000 or COSO

Skills:

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex risk scenarios and develop practical solutions.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to interact with clients, senior management, and internal teams.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with prompt engineering
  • Proficiency in basic data handling skills is a plus (e.g. query skills, scripting, data visualization)
  • Proficiency in enterprise suite (e.g., MS Suite including PowerApps, PowerBI, Power Automate) is a plus.
