Work you’ll do

  • Lead and oversee IT audit engagements from planning to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables within established timelines.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop audit programs to address key IT risks, including cybersecurity, data privacy, IT governance, and emerging technologies.
  • Evaluate the design and effectiveness of IT controls, identify control deficiencies, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, IT environment, and industry-specific challenges to tailor audit approaches and solutions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of IT audit professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to support their professional development.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in IT audit and risk management to enhance service offerings and client value.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of strong leadership experience leading a dynamic IT audit and/or risk assessment team.
  • Professional services experience (e.g., Big 4 or consulting firms) is a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record of leading complex IT audit engagements, managing client relationships, and delivering impactful recommendations.
  • Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Studies, Actuarial Science or Cyber Risks or equivalent.
  • Pursing or certified with certifications such as CIA, ISMS Lead Auditor, CISA, etc is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, NIST Cybersecurity Framework), regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR), and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
