Work you will do


The AMS team works hand in hand with our Consulting team to provide end to end services to our Clients from Advisory, Implement to Operate. We are key in ensuring that there is seamless transition from the project implementation team or the Client’s incumbent AMS service provider.

As an analyst in this engaging & growing team, you will have the opportunity to tap into state of the art technologies. Be prepared to be trained, to get certified and indulge in hands on experience across industries on digital platforms.

Key responsibilities include:-

  • Perform in-depth production incident (simple to medium complexity) troubleshooting, resolve any production incident and monitor the fixes to ensure correct resolution.
  • Deliver simple to medium complexity enhancements within the agreed timeframe and with quality.
  • Identify issues escalated by Level 1 (Helpdesk) to be escalated to Level 2 or 3
  • Configure/develop in accordance with best practices ensuring a reliable and permanent solution
  • Maintain documentation according to firm standards, best practices, and standard operating procedures
  • Able to perform periodic system task.
  • Actively document new issues as a knowledge base
  • Partake in any Continuous Improvement initiatives on top of existing workload to further improve current processes within the organization or Client
  • Fully comply with and adhere to all the standard AMS process & procedures that are developed.

If you are someone with:


  • Tertiary qualification in a technology or engineering discipline with a well ranked institution and/or currently enrolled in a MBA program.

  • Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in Cloud with overall IT experience

  • Experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET framework, and MVC.

  • Experience with Dynamics 365, MS SQL, SharePoint and Xamarin is a plus. Experienced in using version control systems, TFS and Git

  • You are people minded, nimble and sensitive to your environment, fascinated by the public sector, relish industry trends and market dynamics.

  • Drive, tenacity, client focused and results oriented.

  • An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a prerequisite to fit to our short-term and long-term project assignment.

  • Willingness to work outside of office base.
