Deloitte Asia Pacific (AP) brings together our geographies in Australia, China, Japan, Korea, South Asia, Southeast Asia, New Zealand, and Taiwan with more than 4,000 partners and 90,000 professionals. The formation of the Deloitte (AP) Member Firm enhances our ability to provide a more seamless client experience across geographical boundaries, while at the same time offering you unique and unrivalled career experiences and opportunities. 

Works with the AP Mobility Leads and broader AP Mobility team to support the delivery of a ‘best in class’ mobility service to the AP business. This role is responsible for ensuring the changing needs of our AP business and geographies are managed efficiently whilst focusing on elevating the mobility experience for all users.

 

Overall accountability for:

  • The first 6 – 12 months will primarily be focused on the project management of the Phase 2 implementation of our mobility technology platform, AssignmentPro (APro)
  • Working on various projects & BAU activities associated with AP policies, processes & technology, facilitating adoption & ensuring consistent ways of working amongst the AP PF mobility teams

Main Responsibilities 
•    Responsible for delivering consistency in adoption of policies, process, technology & ways of working across AP Mobility
•    Collaborates with the AP Mobility team & AP PF Mobility teams to deliver on the strategies identified as part of the AP Mobility roadmap
•    Makes recommendations for continuous improvement to the approach, processes, & tools
•    Supports with AP Mobility Funding process & AP salary differential calculations

 

Phase 2 APro Project
•    Working to ensure project plan is understood & actions delivered timely to meet the agreed scope & deadlines
•    Accountable for providing accurate updates into the Project SteerCo & Sponsor via the Governance Process 
•    Responsible for overseeing quality control throughout the project lifecycle
•    Lead in driving the AP PF Mobility teams to deliver the project according to the planned timings
•    Effective, timely & clear communication of project expectations to team members & stakeholders
•    Maintain all project data to the required standard using the relevant PMO tools & processes

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5+ years of mobility experience (preferably including project management) and experience working the AP region
  • Proficient in effectively managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Skilled in building strong rapport, fostering open communication, and ensuring alignment of goals and objectives. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a strategic mindset
  • Able to influence key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Possesses a high level of cultural awareness and sensitivity, enabling effective communication and collaboration with individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • In-depth knowledge in Global Mobility practices
  • Skilled in managing projects from initiation to completion. Proficient in planning, organizing, and coordinating resources, tasks, and timelines to deliver successful project outcomes
  • Possesses strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail
