About the role
Reporting to the Asia Pacific (AP) Chief Talent Officer, this newly created role is a great opportunity to shape Talent Acquisition across the region for Deloitte. You will be accountable for designing a “best in class”, agile and cost-effective TA model that enables the firm’s growth agenda across the regional firms. You will deliver via innovation, brand eminence and strategic business partnering, facilitating the attraction and engagement of talent via a team of TA experts, Centres of Excellence, while enabled by Shared Services.
You will define and embed the overall AP TA Strategy with a focus on integration and alignment of Enabling Areas across AP and be responsible for continuing the evolution of the strategy across the region.
You’ll have overall accountability for:
- The AP TA Strategy: definition, evolution and embedding within our region.
- Operational efficiency via designing a fit-for-purpose service delivery model that balances the right level of regional and locally aligned processes, optimizes technology, and maintains a premium experience for both our candidates and businesses.
- Ensuring our brand eminence stands out from our competitors to attract high calibre talent.
- Leading AP-wide TA strategies and campaigns to attract more than our fair share of talent.
- Defining success, tracking AP metrics to develop accurate insights which will drive data-led decisions and enable the shift from tactical to strategically focused TA activities.

Requirements
- Significant leadership, deep TA expertise, including leading large-scale transformation/change across multiple geographies.
- Experience in developing and implementing transformation program strategy.
- Familiarity with professional services or similar industries.
- The ability to act as a visionary while developing actionable strategic plans to meet TA goals.
- The ability to drive strategy, innovation, and continuous improvement into all aspects of the TA organization, affect change through influence, and of course role model our values.
