Work you’ll do


•    Assist to ensure coordination of daily operations at the corporate meeting / training suite.
•    Plan and support on the logistics items required for the daily operations in the corporate events, meeting & training session.
•    Process order, prepare and serve beverages or refreshment for internal training, seminar, meetings and events, etc.
•    Taking groceries inventory stocks on a weekly basis and submit replenishment order to admin procurement for further actions. 
•    Ensuring the housekeeping works and tidying up the lounge and training rooms in getting ready for next meeting, training and events.
•    Conduct functional check on coffee machine to refill items, basic troubleshooting, etc.
•    Help to maintain the office pantry / lounge white good items including the chiller fridge, kettles, microwaves, etc
•    Notify admin facilities personnel of any issues with any of the entertainment items in the Lounge etc. 
•    Assist to stock up the chiller fridge with fresh drinks, fruit and put out snacks ,etc 
•    Conduct daily check to ensure by replenishment of beverage and groceries at other floors common staff pantry.
•    Other adhoc admin duties as and when assigned.

Requirements

•    Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience will be preferred.  
•    Meticulous, possess initiative, with the ability to multi-task. 
•    Possess a professional and mature attitude.
•    Good team player and with positive attitude.
•    Good communication and interpersonal skills.
