Work you’ll do

 

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support the Tax Technical team and responsibilities include:

  • Secretarial support to the Partner(s) such as managing business travel, timesheets, scheduling meetings, etc.
  • Process expense claims, receipts and invoices for assigned Professional Staff
  • Upload files onto global in-house software on an ongoing basis
  • Prepare invoices and billing documents in relation to clients
  • Provide status updates on files/reports and track progress using in-house database
  • Manage the logistics support for events, training and activities within the division
  • Update the technical library on a monthly basis
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects when required
  • Ad-hoc admin duties as assigned including support to members of the team

Requirements

  • Min GCE O level or equivalent in any discipline
  • Willing to learn in-house software
  • Knowledge of software such as SAP, SAP Concur, Sharepoint, Salesforce would be advantageous
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office (well-versed in Microsoft Excel is a plus)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous
