Work you’ll do

As a Graduate and Industry Intern in our Technology & Transformation team, you will gain hands-on experience in delivering comprehensive solutions to support our clients transformation agenda. This internship offers regional exposure to various facets of consulting, implementation and operations with one of our portfolio offerings below:

• Cyber: Help clients to rapidly respond to changing markets, new threats and disruptive competition through cyber security assessments, penetration testing, development of cybersecurity frameworks, cloud security, data protection and threat intelligence.

• Engineering, AI & Data, Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions: Use cloud engineering, data analytics, and AI to modernize systems, implement new technology, and drive innovation and performance. Focus on cost-effective, efficient operations that drive profitable growth by leveraging cutting-edge cognitive and digital solutions to reduce costs, maximize efficiency, transform payments and revenue processes, and adopt emerging business model

• Enterprise Technology & Performance: Maximise value from digital transformation investments with cutting-edge strategy, design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise systems and software. This involves a holistic approach to performance improvement and digital transformation, enhancing business processes and achieve operational excellence.

• Customer: Design and implementation of digital marketing strategies based on data-driven, creative, customer-centric approaches that leverage on digital innovation, advertising, human-first vision for creating and retaining engaged customers and powering sustained growth for our clients.

• Human Capital: Empower organisations through HR transformation solutions, workforce optimizing and future human capital planning, helping them navigate change, and build resilient and future-ready teams, and manage organizational change effectively.

Who We’re Looking For

• Available to start in May 2025

• Open to fresh graduates with less than 3 years of working experience who would like to explore a career in advisory and technology consulting services

• Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems and technology are encouraged to apply

• Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills 

• Exceptional problem-solving ability. Logical reasoning, creative thinking, comfort with numbers, and the ability to untangle complex issues. 

• Strong passion for consulting, ability to adapt and cope in a fast pace, challenging work hours and environment 

• Fluent in verbal and written English
