<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">This role sits within the Customer and Marketing (C&M) team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which is a part of Deloitte that uses technology and creativity to better connect the customer with the business.

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">As part of Digital Customer Team, you will leverage insight-driven strategies and advanced technology solutions to energize sales and service operations for digitally powered growth and enhance our client’s customer relationships with immersive experiences powered by leading digital arts. Eighty percent of the customer moments that make up their brand happen in the sales and service experience. We not only help our clients to make those memorable for their customers, but we integrate their whole business around those moments—whether it’s a trip into their supply chain, logistics, and fulfilment, or advancing the customer mind-set of their employees and partners.

 

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">You will be: 

  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Collecting and understanding client business and technical requirements
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Translating business and technical requirements into actionable strategic marketing transformation program plans (i.e. implementation, change management or operation strategies, etc.)
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Developing techno functional solutions within <span style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">SAP CRM/CX (<span style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">SAP C4C) –with focus on Sales and Service.
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Training clients on how to use SAP C4C Solutions and serving as the subject matter advisor on the SAP C4C – Cloud for Customer, Sales cloud and Service Cloud platform
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Interacting with internal, client and partner stakeholders
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Participating in solution design, implementation and systems integration
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Contributing to overall deliverables
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Supporting project team on on-going project activities to ensure project is delivered on-time, on-budget
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Continuously engage and follow up end to end customers’ journey.

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">If you are someone with:

 

  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant disciplines
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Minimum 1-2 years of relevant technology consulting or industry experience
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Experience on end to end SAP CRM/CX project implementations
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Workshops to define requirements and use cases
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Experience of capturing business requirements
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Experience in delivering  functional solutions design of business blueprinting, design and configuration, guiding technology and UI/UX teams, user acceptance testing and global roll outs
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Strong understanding of B2C Sales Transformation and Service Excellence best practices, use cases, architecture principles
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Strong in architecture and solutions designs
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Able to carry conversations as a consultant with different level of stakeholders.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Strong leadership skills while also having hands on experience
