Work you’ll do

•    Involve in timely closing of financials and ensure the timely production of reports for management and governance. Analyze financial statements and generated financial reports including schedules
•    Provide support for local statutory compliance for annual accounts and GST filing
•    Responsible for putting in place good internal control policies and procedures and ensuring that internal controls built into the accounting systems are functioning according to specifications
•    Ensure staff compliance and adherence to policies, procedures and measures on work instructions
•    Work closely with Shared Services team to improve process efficiency and effectiveness
•    Drive and facilitate change management in accounting and financial operations
•    Adept at mastering new financial system

Requirements

•    Degree in accounting or similar certification with at least 5 years of relevant working experience
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and is a team player
•    Resourceful, meticulous, organized, independent and able to multi-task. Confident and comfortable with handling data and figures
•    Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can perform under pressure
•    Proficiency in Microsoft 365
•    Working knowledge of ERP system would be advantageous
