Work you’ll do
The SEA PAO is part of the SEA CEO office which supports the firm in managing all activities and processes related to Partner management such as Partner performance, compensation and Partner life cycles. It also supports the CEO on firm-wide strategic initiatives. Successful candidate will be responsible to drive and manage all Partner-related analytics activities within the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage SAP SuccessFactors Performance system to support partner evaluation process
- Develop and maintain Partner-related performance dashboards and databases
- Develop and maintain regular reports and generate ad-hoc reports
- Generate and monitor quarterly KPI data
- Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis on partner performance and compensation model
- Ensure and maintain quality and integrity of data, reports and metrics
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns
- Review and identify new process improvement opportunities
- Assist with senior management on preparation of presentations and pre-reading materials.
- Other special projects as assigned

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative major (Accounting, Math, Statistics, Computer Sciences etc.).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Ideally has previous experience working with Deloitte or in a partnership or compensation and benefits in large organization
- Strong analytical skillset, comfort and preference to work with quantitative content, large data analytics, and extensive experience with Excel
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors – Performance module
- Experience with dashboard creation using Power BI and Excel dashboarding
- Familiarity with graphic design, data visualization and user experience
- Project management experience is desired
- Presentation skills and PowerPoint
