Work you’ll do

  • The primary responsibility will be managing the outsourced accounting engagements of large and medium sized multinational clients
  • Review work performed by junior team members for outsourced accounting services
  • Ensure timely invoicing in respect of services performed and manage collections
  • Lead junior team members and provide coaching and guidance during the outsourcing engagements
  • Build and develop customer relationships for the engagements assigned
  • Lead/participate in system improvements, change projects and business development opportunities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (preferably a CPA or ACCA qualified)
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar accounting supervisory role
  • Good technical skills in accounting including knowledge in consolidations and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
  • Responsive to client queries and able to work independently
  • Self-starter, organized, attention to detail, deadline oriented, hands-on.
  • Experience in leading a team of junior professionals in a fast-paced team environment on several projects.
  • Experience with ERP system such as SAP, MS Navision, Xero or any other similar accounting system.
  • MS Office is a must, including extensive Excel knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Mandarin language skills will be an added advantage).
  • The candidate should be open to work at clients’ offices as required within Singapore.
