Reporting to the AP Marketing Director, we are looking for a highly self-motivated, creative and collaborative team member to join the AP Market Activation function. This is a key function for the Deloitte AP Executive and operationally resides within the AP Growth function, which is responsible for overall go-to market strategy.

 

The AP Marketing Communications Assistant Manager / Manager will help shape and manage brand-led, integrated, multichannel internal and external marketing and communications campaigns that position Deloitte Asia Pacific as a market leader in areas that have been identified as priorities for the firm.

Work you’ll do
 

  • Work with the Asia Pacific Marketing Director to think creatively to develop modern and engaging marketing strategies and campaign plans across Asia Pacific
  • Work collaboratively and proactively with our PF marketing teams in the development and delivery of marketing campaign activities that support regional and local business priorities via geography appropriate channels (paid, owned and earned)
  • Use analytical acumen to shape campaign activities; demonstrate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns; an understanding of trends; the engagement of target audiences
  • Use strong project management skills to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on budget, with the ability to manage relationships with a range of stakeholders from senior executives to marketing and communications colleagues
  • Development of marketing collateral: excellent native English copywriting and editing skills required to develop a host of marketing assets e.g. marketing toolkits, client toolkits, social media posts, video scripts and editing, press releases
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of range of marketing disciplines – digital, brand, content, CX, etc. -- to deliver integrated campaigns. 
  • Ability to manage a number of complex marketing campaigns at one time

Requirements

 

Ideally you will have 5 -8 years’ strategic marketing communications experience preferably in B2B with Global or AP experience. Candidate with more experience will be considered as Manager level. You will have experience working in high performing teams and possess strong program/project management experience as well as excellent stakeholder management skills. 

 

  • Degree or professional diploma qualified in marketing or communications is highly regarded
  • 5-8 years' experience, preferably in a B2B marketing / communications role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to details
  • Excellent English copywriting and editing skills
  • Strong Project management skills, with experience managing regional or global campaigns is a plus
  • An understanding of digital marketing with strong content creation capabilities.  Expertise in understanding what creates suitable social / marketing content and how to deliver for both online and offline channels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to clearly articulate ideas and present concepts convincingly to a range of audiences
  • A team player; possesses a friendly, approachable manner with a flexible attitude to work, with the ability to build relationships at all levels, collaboratively across the businesses and markets
  • Ability to use own initiative whilst working to tight deadlines in a demanding environment, with multiple stakeholders.
  • Someone who is persuasive and tenacious, flexible and pragmatic with experience working in a professional services or partnership environment or large corporate organization
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, highly matrixed professional services environment.
