Work you’ll do

The selected candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end preparation and engagement processes, with all stakeholders on the Executive Transition Labs. They will bring in experience from across the Labs and seek relevant information across the firm, to ensure consistency in delivery and a highly valuable experience to the client. The candidate will also be a key contributor to the Deloitte Greenhouse team, participating in our various other lab offerings as well.

 

Executive Transition Lab Project Management:

  • Provide Deloitte Lead Client Service Partners (LCSPs) who are considering an Executive Lab for their client, with an overview of the process, investments, and benefits.
  • Coordinate and on-board Lab facilitators and other resources as needed to support the Lab schedule. Help source Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for special topic discussions.
  • Advise internal account teams about their role in the Lab process and manage the account team’s contribution to the pre work, including leading internal preparation and planning calls.
  • Schedule & facilitate team prep calls and support stakeholder interviews with Partners.
  • Consolidate stakeholder notes and identify key themes in order to customize materials for each lab session
  • Manage the smooth execution of the lab on the day of the lab itself, including setup.
  • Prepare all levels of research & reporting support (operational planning through to executive-level presentations, including client deliverables).
  • Manage the Executive Lab pipeline, liaising with the Greenhouse team and partners to manage the lab approval process and assess lab requests.
  • Liaise with global network of lab contacts to leverage global developments, efficiencies and insights to further develop the program offering
  • Lead the development of Lab communications – including writing success stories, promoting the CXO Transition Lab initiative

 

Greenhouse Programme Management:

 

  • Support the Greenhouse Leader in executing the Greenhouse program strategy to develop, extend and better leverage our offerings.
  • Contribute to the overall Deloitte Greenhouse program through exploring new lab offerings, leveraging new tools and creative processes, and developing engaging client experiences.
  • Support the Greenhouse in positioning, marketing and managing the Executive Labs as described above.
  • Be a point of contact for Deloitte Greenhouse Lab requests, representing our services and validating them against the remit of the team.
  • Participate and assist on other Greenhouse labs and contribute to the creation of unique client experiences.
  • Help manage the Greenhouse team, contributing to the growth and mentorship of team members.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience for Assistant Manager in a challenging and dynamic environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines.
  • Adept at navigating constantly changing requirements and managing expectations of all stakeholders.
  • Experienced in managing multiple stakeholders with sometimes conflicting expectations.
  • Proactive self-starter, capable of working independently with a high level of attention to detail.
  • A commitment to excellence, professionalism, and timely communication.
  • Passion for creating innovative, dynamic, unique experiences for our clients and account teams.
  • Excellent executive presence, as well as strong writing and oral presentation skills are a must.
  • Well-developed analytical skills - ability to synthesize group discussions into concise points and help steer abstract dialogue into actionable themes
  • Experience in Design Thinking, facilitation, knowledge in emerging digital technologies, and client-facing experience desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of English, spelling, grammar and punctuation
  • Willing to travel overseas occasionally to deliver a Lab
  • Possess high proficiency in MS office. Creative tools are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s / Masters degree
