Work you’ll do
You will play a key role in leading the implementation and execution of all talent related initiatives of the Tax Function. You will be working closely with the SEA Tax & Legal Talent Senior Manager and Partner, business leaders and Country Tax/ Talent/ HR leaders.
Responsibilities
• Design, plan and implement Talent initiatives covering orientation, onboarding, retention, employee engagement, mobility, performance improvement and other Talent related matters
• Execute and drive improvement in the operations of ongoing Talent related programs
• Work closely with stakeholders within the global Deloitte network
• Host Talent events
• Draft communications on Talent related programs
• Handle administrative duties of Talent programs

Requirements
• At least 2 to 4 years of Talent/ event management experience, preferably with an international professional firm
• Diploma/ degree in Business or related fields
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to engage and build relationship with all levels
• Has an analytical mind and eyes for details
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and strong project management skills
• Ability to work independently and committed to teamwork
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
