Associate - Cyber Risk (Managed File Transfer)

Responsibilities:

• Possesses excellent organizational and workload management skills and must excel in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
• Scope of work involves:

- Monitoring, support, and maintenance of a centralized messaging system

- Configuration of centralized messaging system

- Customer support

Troubleshooting software or process failure

• Sound understanding of technology efficiency and usability.
• Sound understanding of cyber security best practices.

Requirement:

• Fresh graduates or with 2 to 3 years of related work experience.
• Degree in information technology, business information system, engineering.
• Knowledge in the following protocols: AS2/SSH/SSL/Connect:Direct.
• Knowledge in Windows/Unix Skills – Batch and Shell Scripting.
• Knowledge in C programming – C++, Eclipse Tool, JavaScript.
• Willing to work occasionally on non-office hours and weekends.
