Work you’ll do
The Deloitte Southeast Asia Partner Affairs Office (SEA PAO) is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive to join the organization to assist in performing the responsibilities as described below.
Organization
The SEA PAO mission is to grow to be the leading partner services enabler by bringing significant value to our partners supporting their growth journey within the SEA firm.
The SEA PAO supports the SEA firm in managing all activities and processes related to Partner management such as Partner performance, compensation, and Partner life cycles. It also supports the CEO on firm-wide strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Maintain SAP SuccessFactors Performance system to support partner goal setting and evaluation process
- Assist the managers in Partner performance and compensation
- Develop and maintain Partner-related performance dashboards and databases
- Develop and maintain regular reports and generate ad-hoc reports
- Ensure and maintain quality and integrity of data, reports and metrics
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns
- Assist in contracts and documentation in relation to partner lifecycle
- Review and identify new process improvement opportunities
- Assist the team in special and ad-hoc projects

Requirements
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as Business, Accounting, Analytics, Human Resource, etc.
- Strong analytical skillset, comfort and preference to work with quantitative content, large data analytics, and extensive experience with Excel
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors is preferred
- Experience with dashboard creation using Excel and Power BI
- Familiarity with graphic design, data visualization and user experience
- Project management experience is desired
- Preferably at least 1-2 years of experience, fresh grads are welcome to apply
