About Deloitte SEA Sports Business Group

Based in Singapore, Deloitte’s Sports Business Group partners with various business units across Southeast Asia, including Audit & Assurance, Tax & Legal, Strategy, Risk & Transactions, and Technology & Transformation, to deliver tailored solutions that service our clients' needs.

Leveraging our global sports practice network, we offer specialized insights and expertise in the sports sector, enabling us to drive change, address key challenges, enhance value, and create growth opportunities.

Our clients include national and local governments, leagues and international bodies, club and franchise operators, as well as private and institutional investors.

As an Executive / Senior Executive within the Sports Business Group, you will support client engagements across research, strategy development, stakeholder coordination and project delivery. You will work closely with Managers and senior leaders to help drive high-quality outcomes for both client projects and internal business development initiatives.

We are looking for someone with strong analytical thinking, excellent communication and presentation skills, and solid project coordination ability, along with a genuine passion for the sports industry and desire to build a strong network within the space. A proactive mindset, keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment will help the candidate succeed in this role.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis across the sports industry
  • Develop client-ready presentations, reports and recommendations
  • Assist in proposal development and business development initiatives
  • Manage project timelines and workstreams independently
  • Support and mentor interns where required

 

Requirements

  • A degree in Business, Management, Sports Management, or related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of the sports ecosystem
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment
  • Actively focus on developing effective communications and relationship-building skills with stakeholders, clients and team
