Work you will do

 

As part of Deloitte Consulting Southeast Asia’s Talent Acquisition team, which delivers recruitment strategy and execution to our fast growing management consulting practice, you will contribute by developing and implementing the graduate & under graduate recruitment strategies and aligning the graduate programme to the firm’s overall strategy. You’ll:

  • Engage effectively with all stakeholders in the strategic resource planning process.
  • Create best in class recruitment strategies, market leading graduate talent brand and campus campaigns to stay competitive in the market place.
  • Build the firm’s reputation at key universities through campus strategies and building university relationships.
  • Development of the employment brand including communicating our value proposition, delivered engaging and creative attraction materials, innovating our on-line and social media presence.
  • Manage and oversee team attraction and sourcing channel activity to ensure adequacy of talent pipelines in the short and longer term.
  • Streamline and continually update processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness is maximised.
  • Build the firm’s reputation at key universities through campus strategies and building university relationships.
  • Present regularly to the business and provide meaningful commentary on relevant and informative metrics.

 

Enough about us, let's talk about you

 

If you are someone with:

  • Tertiary qualification from a respected institution.
  • 10+ years’ talent acquisition experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing graduate recruitment programs in a professional services, consulting, financial services or technology services environment is preferable.
  • Strong people management and team leadership skills and experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of the graduate market, trends and opportunities, especially with Southeast Asian countries.
  • Ability to manage projects to support goal oriented recruitment drives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills, with strong customer service mindset.
  • Effective user of recruitment software (ATS) and Microsoft Office.
  • Drive, tenacity, client focused and results oriented
