Work you’ll do


Deloitte Restructuring Services provides in-depth business and financial advisory services to senior and c-suite management, financiers and investors in the areas of turnaround, restructuring and business recovery.
Our main areas of expertise include debt advisory, performance improvement, portfolio advisory, and business recovery services such as scheme administrations, judicial management, receivership and liquidation.
We are looking for a suitably qualified individual to be a part of our team. Your roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:


Mail / Fax
• In-coming mail/fax
• Out-going mail/fax


• Perform ACRA for companies and individuals 


• Central filing of master copy 
• Printing of File and Address labels


• Monitoring and requisition of stationery, including photocopy paper, office equipment
• Copier / fax machine / printers - Ensure sufficient papers & coordinate servicing
• Door access control 


Office Work
• Photocopy
• Binding
• Dispatch – internal and external
• Attend to phone calls for staff when they are unavailable to answer the call 
• Ensure that all outgoing mails are sent to mailing room before end of day (may also need to
check when mails are sent out by mailing room)
• Monitor and inform relevant staff of Form 75 
• Monitor staff movement - record in Staff Record Book
• Prepare cash disbursement for vendors
• Prepare disbursement forms (e.g. for oath fees, banker’s guarantee, etc.) and trust account memo for engagements as requested by staff
• Managing and updating of the bankers’ guarantee list; and
• To scan received bank statements into the respective engagement files on the shared drive.


Records and Documents 
• Packing and indexing of records and documents at clients’ premises, compactus and pantry
• Arrange and coordinate for destruction of records and documents
• Quarterly compiling and listing of master files 
• Record movement of empty cartons
• Ensure compactus are clean and tidy
• Listing of records for storage such as maintaining a master list of all storage accounts, ensuring that all storage records are digitalized, etc.
• Assist with movements in the storeroom where necessary. 


Additional duties as required
• General administrative assistance & support as and when required

• Minimum 'N'/'O' level with relevant clerical qualifications or equivalent.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in clerical support will be desirable.
• Independent, self-driven and proactive.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• IT Savvy. Good working knowledge of MS office applications and SAP. 
• An eye for detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
