Work you’ll do

 

Roles & responsibilities 

 

  • Support the SEA Business Risk Leader and SEA Business Risk team as they continue to develop and foster a consultative network for quality and risk management in Southeast Asia.
  • Be a subject matter resource for legal contract reviews and provide reasonable, practical and timely advice to business teams on contracting matters.
  • Assist to develop/ modify/ update various legal contract templates to enable business teams to work efficiently and effectively to deliver services to clients while maintaining compliance with quality and risk management policies, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Work with the SEA Business Risk Leader in the identification and management of regulatory and legal risks.

Requirements

 

  • Legal / contract review experience.
  • Experience in risk compliance and practices; 
  • Sound understanding of the framework and regulatory obligations of a business like Deloitte 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Ability to work across different cultures and in a cohesive team environment.
  • Strong attention to details.
