Work you’ll do
Event Strategy & Planning
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of events, including conferences, seminars, workshops, corporate meetings, webinars, and networking events
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand event objectives and translate them into impactful experiences aligned with firm priorities
- Oversee research and evaluation of potential venues, vendors, and suppliers; negotiate and recommend options based on strategic fit, budget, and quality standards
- Manage full event logistics — venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, transportation, delegate management, and on-site operations — ensuring seamless delivery
- Coach and mentor junior team members and external vendors during event setup, registration, and on-ground execution
- Oversee event branding and creative development in collaboration with designers, ensuring consistency with Deloitte’s brand guidelines and visual identity
Vendor & Operations Management
- Maintain and enhance relationships with vendors and partners, ensuring quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness across all event engagements
- Ensure business relationship checks and onboarding processes for new and existing vendors are always updated
- Oversee event-related assets, supplies, and inventory, ensuring operational readiness and efficient resource use
- Support the management and fulfilment of the firm’s merchandise store and explore new ideas
Budget & Administration
- Manage event budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost control and financial accountability
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, invoices, and payments, ensuring compliance with procurement and finance procedures.
- Conduct post-event reviews to for feedback, and areas for continuous improvement where required

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in event management, with proven track record in leading large-scale or high-profile corporate events
- Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects concurrently
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to engage confidently across all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and online collaboration tools; experience with event management platforms is an advantage
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail, resilience under pressure, and a drive for excellence
