Work you’ll do

• To support all social media-related activities, including:
  • Conceptualising social media campaigns for Deloitte’s firm-wide initiatives
  • Crafting/designing social media posts for Deloitte social media channels
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders on their post requests
  • Maintaining the social media calendar
  • Performing data analytics and reporting of the data
     
• To support all internal communications-related activities. This includes:
  • Drafting, editing and reviewing internal communications material
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders on internal communications request
  • Maintaining the internal communications calendar
  • Being custodian of the Deloitte Southeast Asia intranet portal
     
• Other duties and projects within the Marketing & Communications team as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years experience in marketing communications, corporate communications and/or social & digital marketing. Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
• A passionate, strong writer that possesses a keen sensibility for social media work.
• A clear understanding of what a role in internal communications entails; with interest in copy editing and a sharp eye for detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Comfortable being in the presence of and interacting with different personalities.
• Ability to build relationships internally and externally.
• Proficient in Microsoft office tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• “Can do” and “hands on” attitude.
• Team player with a fun and energetic personality, and can work well under pressure.
