The Deloitte Greenhouse Southeast Asia is positioned as an innovation and problem-solving accelerator. We help our clients advance their strategic growth or innovation initiatives through full-to-multi day(s) workshops, called “Labs”. We deliver a unique experience that combines technology, immersive tools and expert facilitation to help our clients ideate, develop strategies and solve complex business challenges.

 

We are currently seeking an Executive with strong project management skills, great PowerPoint skills and a passion for creating innovative, dynamic, unique experiences for our clients and account teams. A proactive and hard-working attitude will help the person excel in this role. 
 

Work you’ll do
 
The Greenhouse Executive is responsible for supporting the team in managing the Deloitte Greenhouse®. He/ She is a client service professional and is a brand ambassador for the Deloitte Greenhouse®. They will help the team with the design, delivery and executional elements of the Greenhouse Labs for clients. This role is also responsible for all operational daily activities and running of facilities processes, as well as logistics involved with client bookings and actual client sessions.

 

Primary Responsibilities: 

Client experience & Lab execution: External Client Impact

  • Supporting Greenhouse Lab design, which includes planning and managing all lab materials and tools, participating in and documenting design sessions. This can include activities such as researching information for case studies, and designing visuals or posters. 
  • Participating in Greenhouse Lab set up/tear down and delivery on an ongoing basis, which includes providing on-site support under the mentorship and guidance of Lab Managers and Lab Leads.
  • Developing comprehensive documentation for each Lab, which includes capturing notes, synthesizing and organizing the information for documentation purposes.
  • Supporting the delivery of a great experience for our clients, across the full spectrum of the client journey when they are engaging with the Deloitte Greenhouse -  i.e. from before clients arrive, to when they leave. This translates into activities such as invite mailers, name badges, music, food, visuals and any other aspects that contribute to making our clients feel valued.
  • Researching and piloting innovative approaches that can be deployed in a Greenhouse experience and/or environment, such as energizers orother activities and using our existing tech in innovative ways. 
  • Capturing notes from design calls with clients and translating into a design protocol or agenda.
  • Providing lab managers with detailed reporting on status of deliverables on a regular basis.
     

Program Management: External/Internal Impact 

  • Operationally managing the daily running & upkeep of the facility:
    • Proactively identifying technical problems that arise that may affect delivery and propose resolutions to address these, with minimal input from management.
    • Working with our tech vendors and service providers to identify issues and solutions to serve the Greenhouse tech needs. This includes keeping up to date on latest tech that we may want to explore for the GH use.
    • Working with caterers to design and create fresh innovative menus. 
    • Stock management and ordering of Greenhouse items (refreshments, stationery, brochures etc) 
    • Continuing to improve the facility through regular maintenance checks and inform the GH Lead 
    • Working closely with various cross functional Deloitte departments (e.g. finance, reception, events, admin, maintenance) as and when needed for Greenhouse internal needs.
    • Managing mailbox for enquiries and responding to all requests within 24 hours 

•    Independently researching and testing creative / innovative approaches and technologies that could be leveraged in the Greenhouse. 
•    Independently delivering on designated tasks within area of expertise. 
•    Helping to operationalize processes, make things more efficient for the team and document procedures.
•    Communicating regularly with Greenhouse team members and clients to meet deliverable expectations.

Mentoring & Quality Standards: Internal Team Impact & Personal Growth
•    Reviewing own work prior to submission to ensure high quality deliverables. 
•    Mentoring and providing guidance to Greenhouse interns and supporting them through their internship period. 
•    Developing and sharing expertise/knowledge with team members 
•    Identifying and actively working to address personal and professional development areas.
•    Building a personal brand and using this eminence to further the objectives of the Greenhouse.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Events / Communication Management 
  • Ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of working independently, proactively and operating effectively in ambiguity.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
  • Ability to multitask and manage work across multiple streams.
  • Excellent presence, as well as strong writing and oral presentation skills.
  • Experience in drafting and delivering presentations.
  • Manages risks-knowing what and when to escalate issues to the Greenhouse Leader.
  • Great communication skills; adept at managing expectations.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Creativity and passion for delivering exceptional client experiences 
  • Mentorship and coaching ability with desire to develop self and others.
  • Strong client delivery focus.
  • Good business acumen.
  • Possess high proficiency in MS office. Creative tools are a plus
