Work you’ll do


  • Single point administrative contact, coordinator and program IC for in-house trainings and/or external courses
  • Liaise with trainers/facilitators/training vendors, preparation of training materials, attendance list, venue logistics (including virtual delivery platforms like Zoom) and post training evaluations as well as follow-up learning actions where necessary
  • Assist with the registration, enrollment and tracking of in-house training, mandatory e-learning, professional development programs, leadership development programs and other relevant courses
  • Update of CPE / training hours
  • Manage quarterly reporting and documents preparation where necessary for regulatory or compliance submissions
  • Handle queries or requests for learning assistance from functions / departments
  • Any other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned

  • Minimum University Degree
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and video conferencing tools like Zoom
  • Experience in designing and developing courseware materials as well as e-learning development software such as Brainshark or Articulate or similar would be advantageous
  • Meticulous and able to work independently
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills
