Work you’ll do


The SEA PAO is part of the SEA CEO office which supports the firm in managing all activities and processes related to Partner management such as Partner performance, compensation and Partner life cycles. It also supports the CEO on firm-wide strategic initiatives. 


•    Develop and maintain Partner-related performance dashboards and databases
•    Maintain partners’ performance management system and performance cycle
•    Develop and maintain regular reports and generate ad-hoc reports including monitoring quarterly KPI data 
•    Responsible for quality and integrity of data, reports and metrics 
•    Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in partners’ compensation
•    Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis on partner performance and compensation model 
•    Manage contracts and documentation in relation to partner lifecycle 
•    Assist with senior management on preparation of presentations and pre-reading materials. 
•    Maintain partners’ profile database on a monthly basis
•    Review and identify new process improvement opportunities 
•    Work closely and collaborate with business leaders, local HRs and finance teams across SEA
•    Other special projects as assigned

•    Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative major (Accounting, Math, Statistics, Computer Sciences, Human Resource, etc.). 
•  Strong analytical skillset, comfort and preference to work with quantitative content, large data analytics, and extensive experience with Excel
•    Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills
•    Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills
•    Good computer literacy, including the use of databases and other IT systems
•    Experience with database construction and management
•    Experience with dashboard creation using Excel and Power BI 
•    Familiarity with graphic design, data visualization and user experience
•    Project management experience is desired 
•    Preferably at least 1-2 years of experience, fresh grads are welcome to apply

•    Strong advanced Excel required 
•    Excellent written and oral communications 
•    Presentation skills and PowerPoint 
•    Visualization using Power BI and Excel dashboarding
•    Access database a plus
