Work you’ll do

 

The Executive Engagement team is part of the Deloitte Clients and Markets department. The team focuses on the development and delivery of Deloitte CxO programs, which feature a series of role-based propositions for current and aspiring C-suite executives and board members. The CxO programs leverage curated contents to enable conversations and build connections with senior executives of our most important clients’ and targets’ organisations in key SEA markets. The programs harness Deloitte’s broad capabilities to offer forward-thinking insights to support every stage of a C-suite executive’s career. 


Responsibilities

The role undertakes a range of activities focused on client acquisition and growing client relationships, which includes:

•    Manage all service offerings of CxO Programs  
•    Execute marketing and eminence campaigns 
•    Plan and organise executive engagement strategic initiatives and events 
•    Conduct clients and markets research and analysis 
•    Contents research and curation 
•    Project management of the various program work streams 
•    Support collaboration initiatives (e.g. professional associations, IHLs, industry organisations, regulators)
•    Implement global and regional client initiatives, and other client-related projects 
•    Drive program launch efforts across the SEA markets 
•    Program advocacy with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

 

•    A recognized University degree in marketing, business or a related discipline
•    Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience within B2B organisations, ideally in Professional Services 
•    Demonstrated discernment and strong prioritisation skills, preferably in a matrixed environment 
•    Proven program and project management skills 
•    Refined relationship management skills and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders 
•    Keen orientation to teamwork, collaboration and working with cross-border teams
•    Passion for client service, especially in a creative marketing/communications environment
•    Good knowledge of research tools 
•    Proficient in Microsoft office tools
