Work you’ll do

 

This role, based in Singapore, offers an excellent opportunity for the candidate to work with the SEA CEO, SEA Executive Committee, and Country Managing Partners. This role supports the managers within the PAO team as part of the SEA CEO Office.

 

The successful candidate will help manage SEA Partner-related operational processes, analysis, events, systems and programs. This includes:

 

  • Ensure the effective and efficient running of operations and processes related to partner admissions, onboarding, development, and retirement.  
  • Provide analyses and reports through interpreting data and manipulating graphs for illustration and help decision making.
  • Prepare and review communications targeted at various purposes, geographies, audience groups and more.
  • Involved in events, initiatives and programs related to partner development, selection, welfare, benefits and more.
  • Maintain and update the internal Partner portal to cascade important information to the various audience groups.
  • Assist the team in special and ad-hoc projects.

 

One of the key strategic projects is to support the design and implementation of a regional partner development program so as to ensure a seamless positive learning experience for participants. The main role is to manage the overall administration of course, including enrolment, communications, activity scheduling, feedback survey and other operations related to the delivery of the development program.

Requirements

 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 1 year working experience
  • Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft office including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Independent, meticulous and maintain high level of professionalism
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter, with ability to learn quickly and handle ambiguity
  • High degree of discretion, confidentiality and sensitivity
  • Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive
  • Committed work ethics with positive attitude
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Able to commence within short notice will be desirable
