GRC Specialist - Risk Advisory

Project delivery:

  • Manage client relationship with senior stakeholders
  • Responsible for the development, administration, and configuration of the GRC platforms for clients. This includes configuration, testing, and deployment of GRC applications and providing production issue support
  • Design and develop modules within GRC platforms including: layout, workflow, reporting, notifications, questionnaires, access control, packaging, etc.
  • Serve as a "Subject Matter Expert", adding interpretive value to data presented or experienced insight into a functional process or issue
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge in GRC areas to be able to advice clients
  • Conduct end-user training and develop necessary documentation e.g. design document, user guide etc.
  • Communicate closely with senior management and client personnel
  • Review project deliverables to ensure that they are of highest standard in terms of quality and value to client
  • Ensure the project objectives are met in accordance with clients’ satisfaction
  • Assist in business development activities
  • Proactively cultivate and grow key accounts/clients
  • Assist in proposal development, proof-of-concept (POC) and pursuit management
  • Conduct marketing initiatives e.g. seminars, workshops to promote our services
  • Develop subject matter expertise and contribute to thought leadership of the firm
  • Support the achievements of team’s KPI in terms of financial and performance targets
  • Able to work with a team members in Singapore and across other locations
  • Coach and develop team members
  • Guide the team in project management and building knowledge

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university from relevant fields such as Computer Science, Information Technology and Information Systems
  • Added advantage if you have a Master’s degree
  • 5+ years of relevant working experience in any Big Four or Technology Consulting Firms involving GRC/IRM technology covering:
  • Audit Management, Policy Management, Enterprise Risk and Operations Risk Management, Third Party Management, IT Risk Management etc.
  • Proven track record of delivering RSA Archer / ServiceNow client projects
  • RSA Archer / ServiceNow Certification. Having both RSA Archer and ServiceNow Certification is an added plus
  • RSA Archer 6.x development, administrator, implementation and integration experience of solutions/use cases
  • Outstanding ability to engage client senior management/stakeholder during pursuits/delivery or to identify requirements
  • Deep analytical and technology development skills
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong leadership traits and client service attitude
  • Ability to think creatively and solve client problems
  • Willingness to learn new services
