Work you’ll do
As the Global Meeting Planner you will handle full-scope meetings from in-person logistics and special venue selections to hybrid meetings with virtual participants.
- In this role, you will present sourcing recommendations to stakeholders based on most appropriate business venue to accomplish the program agenda and networking events
- You will utilize Zoom technology to produce virtual meetings
- Manage all meeting budgets and prepare and maintain meeting forecasts and audit invoices for meeting related activities, process payments of invoices
- Handle contract negotiations with the Office of General Counsel
- Manage relationship with strategic vendors such as destination management companies, production company bids, and registration specialists
- Manage registration process to ensure all participants are accurately invited, problem solve issues and analyze and validate all data/information for accuracy, quality, and integrity
- Develop detailed meeting specifications pre- meeting and prepare post meeting reconciliations and correlating reports
- Required travel for globally sponsored meetings in locations around the world
Who you'll work with
Global Programs scales the delivery of consistent, quality meeting services for internal events and market-facing programs. We provide strategic meeting planning services and advice to internal stakeholders including the Offices of the Global CEO, Global Chair, and other senior global leaders

Requirements
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrate specialized knowledge and expertise in organizing and producing all logistical aspects of in-person, virtual and hybrid meeting delivery
- Provide advanced expertise in Zoom virtual event support and production (managing breakouts,spotlighting, final attendance reporting, run videos, transition slides, build out run of show etc.)
- Handle sensitive/confidential information requiring a high level of discretion
- Demonstrate ability to manage risk and understand when to escalate to leadership
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
