Work you’ll do

- Assist with day-to-day processing matters pertaining to employment, dependent passes and immigration related compliance matters etc
- Handle (written and verbal) queries or request for information from assignees or government bodies, including meeting government officers independently where necessary
- Draft replies to queries from clients, or requests for advice from Deloitte global network.
- Prepare quotations for prospective clients
- Check accuracy of documents for submission and engagement invoices
- Ensure follow-up on receivables and monitor timelines
- Able to develop and maintain good working relationship with internal and external clients
- Able to guide junior team members and manage work performance to achieve work objectives

Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
- You should have at least 3 to 5 years of immigration experience preferably with an international professional firm. Position offered vary with relevant years of experience.
- Bachelor degree in Business and related fields
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Has an analytical mind and meticulous
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Resourceful with client focused mindset and a team player
