Work you’ll do

• Assist with day-to-day processing matters pertaining to employment, dependent passes and immigration related compliance matters etc
• Handle (written and verbal) queries or request for information from assignees or government bodies, including meeting government officers independently where necessary
• Draft replies to queries from clients, or requests for advice from Deloitte global network.
• Prepare quotations for prospective clients
• Check accuracy of documents for submission and engagement invoices
• Ensure follow-up on receivables and monitor timelines
• Able to develop and maintain good working relationship with internal and external clients
• Able to guide junior team members and manage work performance to achieve work objectives

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

• You should have at least 3 to 5 years of immigration experience preferably with an international professional firm. Position offered vary with relevant years of experience. 
• Bachelor degree in Business and related fields
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Has an analytical mind and meticulous
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Resourceful with client focused mindset and a team player
