Reporting to the AP Insights and Content Director, we are looking for a highly self-motivated and collaborative team member to join the AP Market Activation function. This is a key function for the Deloitte AP Executive and operationally resides within the AP Growth function, which is responsible for overall go-to market strategy.

 

The AP Insights Manager will help shape and manage insight-led content that underpins Deloitte’s growth offerings by facilitating client conversations and enabling internal and external marketing and communications campaigns that position Deloitte Asia Pacific as a market leader in areas that have been identified as priorities for the firm.

 

Location: Flexible across Asia Pacific geographies

  • Work with the Asia Pacific Insights and Content Director to develop a pipeline of compelling, research-led thought leadership and eminence that support identified growth priorities and related marketing campaign plans across Asia Pacific
  • Work collaboratively with industry and growth offering partners and SMEs to develop and execute content strategies and research that elevate and enhance Deloitte’s offerings and brand positioning
  • Work closely with the AP marketing and communications team to support market activation campaigns, aligning insight and content deliverables to achieve campaign outcomes
  • Manage and develop primary and secondary research content: business research and analysis skills, including familiarity with quantitative and qualitative surveys, financial and operational analysis and secondary research
  • Use strong business writing, analysis and research skills to shape content strategy and content production; demonstrating a strong understanding of client needs, thought leadership and Deloitte’s business priorities. This role will work closely with the Content Manager to create engaging and differentiated content across multiple formats for client-facing professionals as well as external audiences.
  • Use strong project management, research and editing skills to ensure that research and content deliverables are delivered on time and on budget, with the ability to manage relationships with internal senior executive, peer and external supplier (writers, research providers) stakeholders
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of research, content development and editorial processes
  • Strong time management and self-motivation, with the ability to work across different cultures, work remotely, and manage a number of complex projects at one time.

Requirements

We are looking for:

Ideally you will have 5 - 8 years’ business research or content development experience, preferably in a corporate, consulting or business research environment. You will have experience working in high performing teams and possess strong program/project management experience as well as excellent stakeholder management skills. 

 

We are looking for:

  • Degree or professional diploma qualified in commerce, business or communications is highly regarded
  • 5-8 years' experience, preferably in business research or consulting roles
  • Strong data and research skills, including experience with AI and business research, including qualitative or quantitative survey research, secondary research, financial or operational analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Professional English business copywriting and editing skills
  • Broad understanding of business and technology issues, demonstrating curiosity and a learning-mindset to quickly come to terms with new subject matter
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing end-to-end content development
  • An understanding of B2B and digital marketing with experience in developing content across different formats and channels to drive B2B client engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to clearly articulate ideas and present concepts convincingly to a range of audiences
  • A team player; possesses a friendly, approachable manner with a flexible attitude to work, with the ability to build relationships at all levels, collaboratively across business units and markets
  • Ability to use own initiative whilst working to tight deadlines in a demanding environment, with multiple stakeholders
  • Someone who is persuasive and tenacious, flexible and pragmatic with experience working in a professional services, partnership environment or large corporate organization
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, highly matrixed professional services environment.
