Work you’ll do

• End to end planning of different types of high quality events (Eg. Conference, seminars, hybrid event and webinars)
• Event support to ensure a smooth execution for all events (on-site or hybrid)
• Liaise with key stakeholders and vendors to ensure event requirements are met.
• Daily administrative tasks such as organizing meetings, follow up actions, logistics, printing of event materials & BR check processes
• Inventory management of stationaries, premiums and etc
• Venue sourcing for different event requirements (Hotel, Event Spaces & Restaurants)
• Events calendar maintenance, to ensure all events are recorded and updated

Requirements

• Able to multi-task and handle multiple projects
• Good communication skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills, able to be resourceful and adapt to different situations during events
• Have a keen attention to detail and is well-organized
• Interns who can commit at least 4 to 6 months is highly preferred.
