Work you’ll do

The Internal Sustainability (WorldClimate) PMO liaison will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders in coordinating a newly launched sustainability programme in Singapore. The programme will be the Singapore chapter of a global initiative led by an internationally-recognised NGO committed to improving the state of the world by engaging with business, political and academic leaders.


In this role, the PMO liaison will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of emerging climate and sustainability issues within the region and interact with national and global sustainability leaders across a range of sectors.


The key roles and responsibilities are:

  • Main point of contact and central liaison between key stakeholders including, but not limited to, steering committee members, advisory board members and the programme’s other chapters globally.
  • Work collaboratively with programme’s partners in delivering trainings, events, and webinars.
  • Create up-to-date short-form content on sustainability and climate change in the region, such as emails, newsletters, and blog posts.
  • Assist in the programme’s internal and external communications and public relations matters.
  • Assist in developing the strategic direction and annual planning of the programme.
  • Monitor the progress of the programme and report findings to key stakeholders.
  • Day-to-day administrative tasks of the programme.

  • Have a passion for climate change and sustainability
  • Highly organised and have experience in managing projects.

  • Comfortable in interacting with stakeholders of different levels of seniority, both internally and externally.
  • Recent graduate in sustainability / environmental science / engineering / communications.
