Work you’ll do

• Assist with legal research and statutory filings
• Assist with the collation of know your client documentation and ensuring money laundering requirements are complied with
• Delivery timely and high quality services to clients and assist lawyers to deliver such services to clients
• General administrative duties including file opening, billing and bill collections and such other task as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Strong academic credentials and preferably with work experience as a paralegal (or a similar role)
• Strong research skill and IT skills e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Adobe
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Able to work both independently and in a team
• Meticulous, able to work under pressure and willing to acquire new skill sets and knowledge
