We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Human Resources talent to join our Deloitte Asia Pacific Talent team. The successful candidate will partner with AP HR and other functions’ stakeholders to execute on various HR projects that align with the overall people strategy. This role works directly with the AP Talent Acquisition Leader and AP HR Senior Manager.

Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Projects (50%)
- Work as a Talent Acquisition (TA) project lead and drive various regional recruiting strategies and projects like activation of Center of Excellence and Community of Practice.
- Track project timelines and develop dashboards & metrics.
- Monitor market trends to develop proposals and create proposals for investments in people, processes, and technologies for the TA organization.
- Conduct time-to-time analytical assessments of existing practices and processes; design programs, initiatives, and proposals to implement best practices that help transform TA practices.
- Design and develop proposals and presentations for the regional business and talent leadership.
- Work seamlessly with other enabling groups, such as brand, communications, risk, general counsel, and information technology.
Human Resources Business Partner roles (50%)
- Operational leader for AP regional recruitment including recruitment posting, candidate sourcing & screening, interview arrangement, employment offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives including, but not limited, to supporting regional performance management of AP employees in 8 geographies, AP integration and harmonization projects, talent retention and competitiveness analysis studies, etc.
- Collaborate with HR business partners across the region and business units to ensure consistency of processes and sharing of best practices. Provide recommendations and bring in new ideas to improve AP talent processes where applicable.
- Partner with HR Senior Manager to act as HR Business Partner to the AP Business Unit leaders to provide HR insights and advice on people related matters and initiatives.
- Collaborate with AP talent data analytics team to ensure data consistency and data is best utilized to achieve possible synergy effect for TA related analysis and dashboards.

Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in HR management or related business disciplines
• Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, and other HR generalist roles in MNCs (Professional Services or Legal firm would be ideal)
• Experienced in working in a fast paced, highly matrixed and multi-national environment is a real advantage
• Ability to independently work with multiple stakeholders at various levels across AP region and with a strong collaborative and can-do mindset
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
• Advanced to Mastery level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and other analytical tools will be advantageous
• Research-oriented mindset
• Excellent English language proficiency (written and verbal)
