Work you’ll do
- Leading, managing, and supporting the team whose core focus is the facilities management scope and local internal customer relationship
- Ensuring real estate and facilities related compliance to all regulations and codes, all applicable company protocols, practices, procedures, and EHS/regulatory requirements.
- Managing Real Estate and Integrated Facilities Management partners including overseeing performance and KPI measurement, reporting, developing processes including playbooks, standard agreements, transaction forms and SLAs.
- Owning live portfolio database and supporting operational responsibilities matrix to ensure accuracy allowing for critical downstream reporting.
- Identify and select vendors, contractors, and service providers for facility related projects. Manage contracts, negotiate terms, and monitor vendor performance to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of services.
- Develop and manage budgets for facility-related projects, including construction, renovation, maintenance, and equipment upgrades. Monitor expenses, control costs, and provide regular reports to stakeholders regarding budget status and variances.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies for facility-related projects. Proactively address safety hazards, compliance issues, and other risks to minimize disruptions and ensure a safe working environment.
- Identify opportunities to implement sustainable practices and technologies within facilities, such as energy-efficient systems, waste reduction programs, and green building certifications. Drive initiatives to minimize the environmental impact of facility operations.
- Liaise with the landlord for all maintenance issues and ensures it is carried out to meets company’s standards and guidelines.
- Streamline facility management operations, review facility management services contracts and operating procedures.
- Attend to emergencies promptly, rectify them with minimal inconvenience and disruption to operations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Facilities Management or related fields
- Minimum 5 years' experience in facilities management, with at least 3 years in a managerial position
- Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adjust to changing priorities and work environments
- Excellent communications and relationship-building skills to interact effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Proficiency in managing budgets and financial reporting
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
