Reporting to AP Communications Enabling Team Leader, we are looking for a highly motivated, creative and collaborative team member to join the newly formed AP Communications and Corporate Affairs team – a critical function for Deloitte Asia Pacific to build, strengthen and protect the brand and its reputation. The AP Communications Enabling Team is a small multi-disciplinary of 8 that works on wide ranging AP strategic priorities and projects, drives coordination and consistency and helps to accelerate the execution of communications through the work of the team.
The AP Campaign Lead will help shape and manage brand-led, integrated, multichannel internal and external marketing campaigns that position Deloitte Asia Pacific as a market leader in areas that have been identified as priorities for the firm.
Location: Flexible across Asia Pacific geographies
Responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategies in conjunction with our Participating Firm (PF) marketing and communication teams that support regional and local business priorities via geography appropriate channels (paid, owned and earned).
- Work collaboratively and proactively with our PF teams in the delivery of marketing campaign activities.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on budget.
- Demonstrate strategic/critical thinking to develop distinctive marketing strategies, plans and campaigns that support business priorities within the context of our Asia Pacific business.
- Use analytical acumen to shape campaign activities; demonstrate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns; an understanding of trends; the engagement of target audiences.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of range of marketing disciplines – digital, brand, content, CX, etc. -- to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Use excellent communications and program management skills to manage relationships with a range of stakeholders from senior executives to marketing and communications colleagues.
- Ability to manage a number of complex marketing campaigns at one time

Requirements
- Minimum Degree or professional diploma qualified in marketing or communications highly preferred
- Minimum 8 years' experience
- Professional service experience or experience working within a multi-hierarchal organization preferred
- Demonstrable experience managing regional campaigns
- An understanding of digital marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
- Project management
